Groundworker

Inspired are looking for an experienced builder/ground worker to help on our current projects. This is a part time roll that can potentially lead into full time employment.

We are currently building projects around central Manchester. Our projects are mainly apartment schemes, ranging from 30 to 120+ apartment blocks.

• Pay £18-£20ph
• 8 to 10 hour days
• On site parking

Key Responsibilities

• Excavation works including service trenching
• Carry out ground surveys to locate underground services using cable avoidance tools
• General ground works activities including the laying and levelling of kerbs, paving slabs, tarmac and concrete
• Walling and block work

Expected requirements

• Dumper Licence (required)

• Ride on Roller Ticket (preferred)

• Confined Spaces – Medium Risk (required)

• Full UK driving license

• CSCS

• Good communication skills

• Punctual

• Can work alone, or with a team

• Good attention to detail

• 3 years or more experience
