Role Overview: As a Lifting Equipment Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance, inspection, and repair of various lifting equipment, ensuring they meet safety and operational standards. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that our clients receive the best possible service and support in maintaining their equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, servicing, and maintenance of lifting equipment.
- Carry out repairs and fault diagnosis on lifting equipment to ensure equipment is fully operational.
- Ensure all equipment meets relevant safety and quality standards.
- Complete accurate and timely reports for inspections, repairs, and maintenance.
- Liaise with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Follow industry regulations and guidelines for safe operation and maintenance.
- Work with the team to continuously improve service delivery and safety standards.
Relevant Experience:
- LEEA Qualification is essential.
- CSCS, IPAF, PASMA are all preferable.
- Previous experience working with lifting equipment and understanding of safety standards.
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills with an ability to diagnose and repair faults.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Full driving license.
