We are looking for managers who have strength in being able to support and energize a team to deliver on Safety, customer, operational and people activities. What you are responsible for As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for leading the team and all aspects of the forecourt and store operations, including our Wild Bean Cafe. Making sure that safety of yourself, your team, and the customer, in line with bp policies and procedures, is your top priority Ensure legal and safety compliance through all of the store’s operations e.g., food safety, underage sales, forecourt operations Working with the team to deliver great customer service at every level through getting the basics right and listening to our customers and driving continuous improvement As an Assistant Store Manager, it will be your responsibility to support with the team’s management, including engagement of the store team, development, training, recruitment, and other people related tasks.
