Commissioning Engineer – Fire Alarms

Location: Manchester

Salary: 38K + Car + OT + Full Package

Leading fire alarm specialist is seeking a new Commissioning Engineer in the Manchester region. The client works with a wide range of conventional and addressable fire alarm systems and is looking for an experienced engineer who is looking to move into commissioning.

A minimum of 5 years relevant experience is ideally required, which should include a solid technical understanding of many of the commonly used industry fire alarm panels. The role will include aspects of system programming, final commissioning, client handover, and high-end fault finding.

The client works with leading clients in the commercial and hospitality sectors, along with local authority work, schools, and hospitals. The role does NOT come with any requirement to assist on the call-out support rota; however, the option is available for any candidates wishing to earn extra money.
