Currently, we are looking for Design Leads with a background in the water industry to join our team in Edinburgh. As Design Lead, you will play a fundamental role within projects to identify innovative and sustainable solutions, plan technical delivery, and lead the multidisciplinary team from concept stage through to final implementation. You will work alongside the Project Manager to deliver best value and client service excellence.

About you
We are looking for someone who has a passion for solving engineering problems, the ability to lead and inspire, and the confidence to drive through challenging solutions. To be considered for this role, you will be a degree qualified (or equivalent) engineer and you will ideally be chartered, or a member of a relevant engineering institution e.g. ICE. Support can be given to achieve this if required. You will ideally have experience within a similar role in the water industry, with a strong technical background in one of the core disciplines highlighted above. We have opportunities for differing levels of seniority, so if you are looking to kick start your leadership career, we will support you on your journey.
