Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 in Norwich.
What you'll do:
- Management of Subcontractors – certification of payment and change
- Management of allocated Control Accounts with site team including cost/value reconciliations and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
- Keeping costs and records to ensure agreement of Defined Costs with National Highways Site Representatives
- Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tools)
- Providing commercial support to the Procurement process
