Skanska, one of the world’s leading project development and construction groups, is an inclusive and responsible business that is helping to build a better society. We are looking for a Managing Quantity Surveyor to join our Infrastructure team on the A47 in Norwich.

What you'll do:

  • Management of Subcontractors – certification of payment and change
  • Management of allocated Control Accounts with site team including cost/value reconciliations and out-turn forecast / spend profiling
  • Keeping costs and records to ensure agreement of Defined Costs with National Highways Site Representatives
  • Utilisation of Site Commercial and Document Systems (Oracle, CEMAR, Projectwise, Forecasting Tools)
  • Providing commercial support to the Procurement process
