We are looking for an Electrical Field Engineer to join a world-leading manufacturer of EV Charging Equipment. The role will involve joining the fast-growing team working in your region with some overnight stays. Prior experience in EV charging is not necessary for this role as full training will be provided; however, suitable candidates must have an ECS Gold Card.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out installation activity across the South of the UK ensuring compliance with electrical regulation BS 7671 - current edition IET Wiring Regulations.
- Carry out installation checks for sub-contractor installations, producing snagging reports and communicating directly with clients, OEMs, and contractors.
- Carry out commissioning related activity across the South of the UK, producing the required commissioning paperwork and communicating directly with clients, OEMs, and contractors.
Essential Experience
- Electrically qualified with a valid ECS Gold Card.
- Previous experience working in commercial and domestic environments.
- Flexible on travel across the advertised region.
Desirable Experience
- Experienced with electrical installation, maintenance, and service.
- Experience with EV Charging equipment.
