A new opportunity has arisen for a Creative with a passion for storytelling, content marketing, and social media. We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a small but fast-growing creative agency, looking for a talented Creative Manager to join their team. If you have a knack for crafting engaging narratives, leading content strategies, and driving audience engagement, this role could be for you!
About the Role
You’ll be responsible for developing and executing creative content strategies that boost brands, engage audiences, and drive conversions. You’ll lead strategy sessions, oversee content production, and ensure everything aligns with client objectives. Working in a highly collaborative environment, you’ll shape content direction, provide strategic insights, and maintain the highest standards for copy and messaging across organic and paid channels. In this role, you'll have a hands-on background in content and copywriting while also understanding both written and visual content, and how to drive an overall strategy, all while being willing to dive into the details and execute when needed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead content strategy and development to align with client goals.
- Craft compelling, data-driven copy for social, blogs, and marketing campaigns.
- Oversee social media planning and execution for audience engagement.
- Act as a key client contact, presenting strategies and performance insights.
- Mentor and support junior content creators to ensure quality and innovation.
- Analyze content performance and optimize strategies based on data insights.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 years minimum experience in a senior content role within an agency.
- Experience working with some, or a big ticket client.
- Strong portfolio showcasing copywriting, content strategy, and social media strategy.
- Expertise in digital content creation with a deep understanding of audience behavior.
- Strong editorial skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to use data to inform content decisions.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Passion for creativity, innovation, and storytelling.
- Understanding of paid social best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools.
- Basic graphic design skills (Adobe Suite, Canva) are a plus.
- Video editing experience is beneficial but not required.

Location: This role is based on the edge of Glasgow City Centre, there is a requirement to be based in the office once per week but this could vary depending on client requirements, so it is preferential that you are based in Glasgow.
