We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager who expects more from their career. It’s a chance to extend and improve Tesco Media’s Marketing Team. It’s an opportunity to work with a market-leading business to explore new opportunities and enable Tesco Media and its clients to grow. You will lead the development and execution of go-to-market strategies to support the sales teams, by bringing products to life with compelling content that connects with our different target audiences (Retailers, CPGs & Media Agencies). Your focus will be to drive awareness, consideration and purchase of Tesco Media’s full offering. You will work at the intersection of Product, Sales and Marketing to ensure that clients and prospects understand the value of Tesco Media to create demand as well as product adoption and engagement.

What you’ll be working on:

  • Develop product positioning and messaging for Tesco Media’s products and services that communicates the features and benefits through compelling storytelling.
  • Create product marketing materials, including brochures, one-pagers, creds decks, case studies, web content and videos.
  • Support the Product Managers in the go-to-market planning and launches for new products and new releases; as well as delivering ongoing product marketing programmes to drive adoption, engagement and upsell opportunities.
  • Design and run robust processes to get input into the plan from product teams and market teams and deliver ongoing communication to stakeholders.
  • Identify success metrics and measure the results of strategies and initiatives; champion best practices for product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Support the delivery and maintenance of the internal catalogue of products and services; leverage internal comms channels to promote latest product messages and materials.
  • Keep abreast of competitive developments and industry trends; differentiate Tesco Media products from the market and provide a view of the landscape to internal teams.

What we expect from you:

  • Seasoned experience in product marketing and sales enablement.
  • Media industry experience is highly desirable.
  • Ad tech experience is highly desirable.
  • Proven track record translating product solutions to customers and sales teams.
  • Ability to distil complex market and product topics and frameworks to user-friendly narratives.
  • Excellent copywriting skills - a brilliant storyteller.
  • A team player with the ability to identify industry trends, innovate and guide new products and positioning.
