The Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SENDCo to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and the NASENCO qualification; applications without these will not be considered. As SENDCo, you will lead on the strategic development of the schoolβs provision for students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), ensuring that every student receives the support they need to achieve their full potential. You will work closely with teachers, support staff, external agencies, and families to develop and implement effective strategies that promote an inclusive learning environment.
What We Are Looking For:
- QTS and NASENCO qualification (Essential).

- Experience working with students with a range of SEND needs, including EHCPs.
