Marketing & BD Manager

The Company
A multinational law firm is currently looking for a Marketing & Business Development Manager to join their team in London. They seek a proactive candidate who will support, Implement and develop new ideas that will strengthen the firm\’s reputation. This role reports to Senior BD & Marketing Manager (Banking).
The Responsibilities:
Support the Senior BDM in developing and implementing BD plans aligned to the Banking business plan.
Aligned to support all three Banking workstreams.
Creates a solid personal network and leads collaboration with the wider firm.
Support, coach, and develop other members of the Banking team.
Takes responsibility for and ensures consistency and quality across the Banking BD team.
Assist in raising the practice\’s external profile through product or market-specific campaigns.
Support the practice in nurturing priority client relations
Supervise and ensure delivery of, end-to-end, directory and awards submissions for the group.
Help develop and manage the team\’s internal communications.
The Candidate:
To have previous experience in a similar level role
Orientated practice in a law firm
Experience producing accurate and quality RFP/pitches
Must be Educated to degree level
Exposure to legal services/professional services firms
