The Marketing Director will report directly to the C-suite and work closely with leadership based in London. This role requires a strategic and hands-on leader who can drive impactful marketing initiatives while managing an internationally dispersed team of four marketing professionals from day one. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in aligning marketing initiatives with the broader business strategy, ensuring high-performance execution across campaigns, brand-building efforts, and lead-generation activities. This role will require frequent international travel to engage with team members and key office locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive B2B marketing strategy tailored to the unique demands of the EMEA region, with a particular focus on African markets and enterprise clients across multiple verticals.
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and coordinate a team of four international marketing professionals across various specialisms, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Regional Marketing Execution: Design and implement region-specific marketing campaigns that cater to diverse market needs, ensuring local relevance and impact.
  • Demand Generation: Oversee and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns to generate high-quality leads and drive revenue growth.
  • Digital Strategy: Enhance website performance, user experience, and SEO to improve engagement and organic traffic.
  • Content & Thought Leadership: Develop and oversee the creation of compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and webinars to establish the company as a market leader.
  • CRM & Data-Driven Marketing: Leverage Pipedrive CRM and analytics tools to track, measure, and refine marketing initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to align marketing strategies with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Market Awareness: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging market opportunities to inform marketing decisions.
  • Events & Branding: Drive the company’s participation in key industry events, awards, and branding opportunities to strengthen market presence.
