This fast-growing IDV/KYC SaaS company is a leader in its industry, providing cutting-edge solutions across EMEA, with a particular focus on African regions. With a strong reputation for innovation and agility, the company is scaling its operations to drive greater market penetration and deepen enterprise relationships.

The company focuses on marketing to high-value enterprise clients across multiple verticals, offering tailored solutions that meet diverse industry needs. To support this growth, they are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategic ABM efforts, orchestrate personalised multi-channel campaigns, and partner closely with Sales and Product teams to target and convert key accounts across EMEA — with a focus on Enterprise Financial Institutions.

Reporting directly to the C-suite, the Director of Marketing will play a critical role in shaping and executing an account-based marketing strategy aligned with enterprise growth objectives. This role requires a strategic and hands-on marketing leader with a proven track record of running successful ABM programmes at scale.

The successful candidate will manage a geographically dispersed team of four marketers and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure integrated, data-driven, and highly targeted marketing efforts that drive engagement, pipeline, and revenue from priority accounts. International travel will be required to engage with team members, strategic partners, and clients across key markets.

Key Responsibilities
  • ABM Strategy & Execution: Design and implement a scalable ABM framework for the EMEA region, with a focus on high-value enterprise accounts and African markets. Develop and execute highly personalised, insight-driven campaigns into Enterprise Financial Institutions, aligning with complex buying cycles and regulatory expectations. Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to identify target accounts, define personas, and develop tailored account engagement plans. Execute 1:1, 1:few, and 1:many ABM campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, content, email, events, and direct outreach.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, develop, and coordinate a high-performing international marketing team across key specialisms such as content, digital, and campaign execution. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Campaign Personalisation & Enablement: Oversee the development of bespoke content and messaging for individual accounts or segments, leveraging insights from data, industry trends, and buying behaviours. Equip the Sales team with account-specific materials, battlecards, and campaign assets to support outreach and conversion.
  • Technology & Analytics: Leverage CRM (Pipedrive) and ABM technology platforms to track engagement, measure account penetration, and optimise campaigns. Own reporting on account engagement, pipeline influence, and marketing-sourced revenue.
  • Events & Experiences: Plan and deliver high-touch, ABM-aligned event strategies (virtual and in-person) that drive deep engagement with strategic accounts. Represent the brand at key industry events and lead initiatives to strengthen thought leadership and account relationships.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on Account-Based Marketing into Enterprise Financial Institutions.
  • Proven ability to build and execute targeted ABM campaigns that deliver measurable pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise sales cycles within financial services and the regulatory considerations affecting engagement.
  • Experience managing international teams and collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Customer Success.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g. Pipedrive) and ABM tools to drive data-driven decisions and campaign automation.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
