Executive and Team Assistant Role – What is involved?

Primary focus is to provide support to our Head of US Casualty Practice on a wide range of business initiatives, reporting requirements and projects, in addition to organizational and administrative support. The role will also provide some support to their reports for meeting arrangements, client events, travel arrangements and expense management.

What are the typical responsibilities?

  • Tracking of various business initiatives and project elements across the US Casualty Practice
  • Ensure agreed tasks and project deliverables are on target and pro-actively following up to ensure they will be delivered within the agreed timescales
  • Coordinating with Marketing partners to provide content for required materials for internal and external use
  • Organizing monthly meetings with business leaders, including preparing the agenda and gathering required information for the meetings
  • Maintain and update reports on business performance, capacity reports and business intelligence
  • Providing administrative and organization support across a team of 4, including meeting arrangements, organizing client events, expense management and some diary management.

What skills and experience would we like you to have?

  • Proven experience of working in an Executive / Personal Assistant type role
  • Demonstrable experience of preparing reports and meeting materials will be beneficial
  • Experience of working in a project type environment, managing a varied delivery focused workload will be beneficial
  • Strong organisational and planning skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
