Your Impact As the Lead Clinical Psychologist, you will: • Take charge of a dynamic and supportive psychology team, playing a pivotal role in client recovery and rehabilitation. • Provide personalized neuropsychological assessments and develop tailored intervention strategies for clients with complex needs, including stroke survivors, those with brain injuries, and spinal cord injuries. • Help shape the future of our outpatient services, expanding our reach to non-residential clients in need of clinical psychology support. • Offer both group and one-on-one therapeutic support, guiding clients through their rehabilitation journey. • Collaborate closely with a multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic care and support, making a real difference in the lives of your clients. What You will Do • Lead, support, and mentor the psychology team in delivering high-quality care. • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments to inform care plans and therapeutic interventions. • Provide training, consultation, and support to colleagues on the cognitive, emotional, and behavioural aspects of acquired brain injuries. • Supervise clinical staff, students, and early-career psychologists, helping them grow under your guidance. • Develop reports on client progress, shaping future care pathways. • Contribute to service development, research, and continuous improvement initiatives. What We are Looking For We are seeking a compassionate, skilled leader who has: • Doctorate in Clinical Psychology or Neuropsychology with HCPC registration. • Expertise in neuropsychological assessments and experience in a neuro-rehabilitation setting. • Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. • A passion for working with individuals with cognitive impairments and acquired brain injuries, as well as supporting their families. • Experience supervising and mentoring less experienced colleagues.
