I am working with a dynamic and growing luxury Property business based in Mayfair. They are continuing to expand, so they are looking for a talented Marketing Manager to join the business and take ownership of their marketing strategy and execution.
As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the Development Directors to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires creativity, strong project management skills, and a results-driven mindset. You will be managing 2 marketing/events executives and will have full autonomy to bring creativity into this position.
Responsibilities- Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with external marketing and communications agencies.
- Content Creation: Ensure all marketing content is engaging, effective, and aligned with brand messaging.
- Campaign Development: Generate creative campaign ideas for real estate assets and oversee their execution.
- Project Management: Work with agencies to drive project priorities and timelines, proof and refine marketing materials, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
- Design & Editing: Make final edits to marketing materials using InDesign or Illustrator when needed.
- Website Management: Monitor and update the company website via our CMS.
- Problem-Solving: Address urgent concerns or feedback on marketing materials quickly and efficiently.
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing within the B2B real estate or logistics sector (this is essential).
- Creativity: You need to bring ideas to the table, be a creative thinker and just be a "doer".
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Adobe PDF) is a strong advantage.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to influence senior stakeholders and be comfortable with presentations.
- Multitasking & Time Management: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure.
- Proactive & Team-Oriented: A self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and can drive large projects to completion.
You will receive up to £50,000 + bonus, complimentary breakfast and lunch daily, flexible working with no set working days (you can choose as and when you come into the office). The office is in a fantastic location in Central London, Green Park which has been newly refurbished. The company really care about rewarding all staff so offer regular social events all expense spared.
