We are seeking an experienced composites manufacturing process engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have:
- Educational experience to degree level in relevant subject or significant experience in lieu complemented by vocational qualifications.
- Min. 5 years of experience in a variety of composites component manufacturing environments.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot manufacturing quality issues using structured approaches (8D, RCA).
- Experience in the development, testing and qualification of composite materials.
- Confidence in customer facing environments and an ability to work well within a team.
- A good professional network and knowledge of composites industry.
- Ability to travel internationally for extended periods (up to 3 weeks at a time).
The ideal candidate would also have practical experience in the management of quality topics relating to composite components. Formal certifications such as APQP4QWind and six sigma training are desirable.
