We are recruiting a part-time Evening Telephonist - Coordinator (maternity cover) to join our team. Priority will be given to candidates who live locally and can work flexible hours. Students are welcome. Based in the heart of vibrant Hackney and Shoreditch, Blackberry Cars is an airport transfer company. Serving over 150,000 customers per year, we provide cars to London's major airports, UK cruise ports, and beyond. You would be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with opportunities for progression for the right candidates.
Responsibilities:
- Handling customer queries and complaints politely and effectively by phone, email, and live chat.
- Monitoring bookings/flights/traffic conditions to ensure all drivers are on time.
Skills:
- Attention to detail.
- Good telephone manner.
- Able to work alone and as part of a team.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Flexibility is a definite advantage.
- Must have a customer-focused approach and excellent customer service skills.
Days & Times:
- Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday 4pm-10pm
- Sunday 2pm-10pm
Total 26 hours per week. We may consider applicants who are only available to work some of the above shifts (minimum of 2). Please give full details of your availability in your covering letter.
Experience is not essential for this role as full training will be given, but a positive approach is.
