Our Paralegal Administration Manager plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service across all paralegal modules to students and staff.

This is a maternity cover placement until February 2026, working 22.2 hours per week Monday to Friday on a hybrid basis at our Glasgow Campus.

As our Paralegal Administration Manager, you will:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service across all paralegal modules to students and staff.
  • Provide general information on a range of enquiries and liaise between students and course tutors for all module-related enquiries.
  • Manage communication relating to coursework, examinations, and deadlines to students and course tutors.
  • Schedule and organise internal and external examination arrangements throughout the year.
  • Assist students in accessing specialist advice and support from other ULaw services (where appropriate) including welfare, disability support and inclusion, employability, and study skills.
  • Contribute to the delivery of a professional front of house service to students, visitors, and staff in keeping with the expectations and standards required by the University and its stakeholders.

Is this you?

  • Evidence of study at SCQF level 9/10 or equivalent
  • Relevant experience in the provision of high-quality customer service
  • Experience of working with complex processes in a busy office environment
  • Experience of providing information, advice, and guidance to individuals on a one-to-one basis
  • Experience of dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Ability to build rapport quickly with students, colleagues, and employers
