E-Commerce Executive
Company Overview : Flawless UK Vape distribution is one of the largest vape distributors in the UK, supplying over 8,000 accounts with 10,000 skus in the UK. We carry a large range of vaping products from top brands all around the world. The products we carry are all TPD compliant and meet the strict safety and quality standards set out in the UK and Europe. As the largest distributors of vaping products in the UK, we get our hands on the latest products before anyone else. Flawless has established itself as a leader in the market of VAPE and CBD products. The company has seen year on year growth of the business and has recently moved to bigger premises to expand our operations. Due to continued growth, we are looking to expand our team.
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven eCommerce Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate is motivated, passionate about driving online business growth, and has a strong understanding of eCommerce platforms, particularly Shopify. You should be a proactive problem-solver, able to juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute strategies to increase website traffic, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
- Analyse sales data, web traffic, and customer behaviour to identify trends and make data-driven decisions for improvement.
- Coordinate with the marketing team for email campaigns, product launches, promotions, and other customer engagement activities.
- Maintain relationships with external partners, including payment processors like WorldPay, delivery providers like Royal Mail, and third-party platforms (e.g., Amazon and eBay).
- Optimise Shopify stores, ensuring seamless product listings, site navigation, checkout processes, and mobile compatibility.
- Review Shopify apps monthly, ensuring performance and minimizing unnecessary costs.
- Manage dropshipping operations, including invoicing and order fulfilment.
- Create discount codes for promotions and sales staff.
- Provide ongoing training and support for new staff on Shopify, Salesforce, and other platforms if needed.
- Investigate and resolve platform-related issues, liaising with Shopify support and other service providers as necessary.
- Oversee Amazon and eBay platforms, ensuring timely product listings, account health maintenance, and FBA shipments.
- Handle reporting requests, generating custom Shopify reports to meet business needs.
- Store and organise product lab reports and safety documentation (e.g. MSDS).
Web Development
- Design, develop, and maintain Shopify-based websites, implementing new features and functionality as needed.
- Customise Shopify themes and Liquid code to align with branding and operational requirements.
- Optimise website performance to meet Google’s standards and remain competitive within the industry.
- Liaise with SEO (Ram) to ensure technical optimization and compliance with current best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website technical issues promptly to minimise potential downtime.
- Regularly review and implement features seen on competitor websites to maintain industry relevance.
- Integrate third-party apps or develop tools to enhance functionality, such as push notifications, back-in-stock alerts, and mobile app integrations.
- Ensure all website themes and code are up-to-date and compliant with the latest standards.
- Stay informed about Shopify’s upcoming feature releases and implement them to leverage the platform’s potential as a Shopify Plus merchant.
- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to create visually appealing, conversion-driven pages for promotions and brand campaigns.
- Regularly review website banner performance to optimize brand marketing efforts.
IT Support Administration
- Oversee and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including computers, telecommunications systems, and software.
- Provide technical support to staff, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Set up user accounts, permissions, and email systems (e.g., Microsoft Exchange, Outlook).
- Perform routine maintenance and updates to ensure the smooth operation of internal systems.
- Implement IT solutions to improve team efficiency and productivity.
- Maintain IT equipment, managing repairs or replacements of hardware when necessary.
- Ensure new staff have functional IT setups, including computers, email accounts, and platform access, on their first day.
- Monitor and maintain the Paxton door system, resolving connectivity and operational issues as needed.
- Ensure data security by implementing backup systems and addressing vulnerabilities promptly.
- Act as the primary point of contact for IT and e-commerce service providers.
- Document processes, workflows, and troubleshooting procedures for continuity and team training.
- Provide training to staff on IT tools and systems to enhance their technical proficiency.
- Support special projects, such as implementing new technologies or restructuring internal systems.

Pay : £26k– £30k
