About the Company:
I am currently working with a commercial fit-out contractor seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join their team. Established in 2011, this contractor specializes in commercial refurbishment and fit-out services. Based in Oxfordshire, they have successfully completed projects across various sectors in regions including Oxfordshire, Berkshire, London, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, and throughout the UK.

About the Role:
As a Contracts Manager, your time will be split between the office, site, and home. You will be responsible for managing multiple fit-out projects while overseeing a team of Project Managers. Project values will range from £500k to £6m, and sites will be spread across Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Hampshire, and London.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of experience as a Contracts Manager/Project Manager
2. Experience overseeing commercial fit-out projects up to £8m
3. Commercial awareness
4. Strong organisational skills
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Project
