Job Responsibilities:
- To support the development of and implementation of the annual Capital Programme of works and backlog maintenance, contributing to monthly status reporting on progress, capital spend and forecasting.
- To manage a number of small to medium sized Capital and non-recurring Revenue projects from initial inception through to completion using in-house resources, as well as commissioning external professional services and contractors when required.
- The post holder will support the Head of Hard FM by producing, collating and reporting for a number of areas, as well as other areas of general support i.e. Processing applications, drafting briefings, business cases and updating relevant tracker sheets.
- The post holder will provide subject matter expertise for healthcare environments within the Board’s occupied properties.
- They will support the Estates & Facilities team in meeting core compliance categories and take a lead on specified areas as requested.
