Head of Property – Hybrid

Outstanding opportunity to join a rapidly expanding renewables company where you will play a key role in the growth and continued success of the company. This role will enable you to play a significant and highly visible role in the expansion of the business.

A major part of the role will be to ensure that the company is securing assets into leases and providing inspirational leadership to the legal team.

Additionally, you will play a key role driving the strategy with respect to the property leasing strategy; alongside the provision of expert advice on regulatory compliance, governance, and commercial contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement effective property and legal strategies to support the company’s business objectives.
2. Oversee leasing projects to align with business objectives.
3. Manage relationships with landlords, tenants, and key stakeholders.
4. Lead a team of legal professionals focusing on excellence and integrity.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and policies (including Heads of Terms, Agreement for Leases, Leases, non-disclosure agreements, roaming agreements, etc.).
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and GDPR.

Currently working in-house or at a leading law firm with a secondment, you will be keen to join an expanding company in a senior role where you can help drive the strategic direction and expansion of the business.

Based in Hampshire, this role has easy access from South-West London, Surrey, and areas surrounding Hampshire.
