Associate Cost Manager - MEP Commercial Occupier / Fit Out

We are currently recruiting for an Associate Cost Manager to join our Real Estate team to support a range of high-profile fit-out and refurbishment projects, focusing on MEP. Key Accountabilities: Managing the implementation process of a revised reporting structure across all MEP Design & Construction and retail projects. Managing aspects of MEP quantity surveying and cost consultancy, including pre- and post-contract duties. Assisting in producing MEP cost estimates and cost plans. Inputting to the tender process, reviewing and analyzing MEP tender returns, and supporting recommendations to the client, as well as advising on MEP package procurement routes. Producing guidance notes on the reporting structure for clients and vendors to ensure adequate training on the reporting process. Managing stakeholder relationships through chairing client meetings and presenting findings from vendor-reported data within the region. Publishing and presenting monthly reports, programme dashboards, and bi-weekly status reports. Collaborating with vendor representatives to ensure effective project reporting. Qualifications: Proven experience delivering high-quality cost management and quantity surveying services across the full MEP project lifecycle. Professional qualification (RICS, CIBSE, or similar). Degree or HNC level qualification. Experience in delivering MEP elements for clients. Knowledge of and contacts within the MEP supply chain (tier 1 and below). Ability to manage multiple projects effectively. Proficiency with digital software for cost management services. Additional Information: Our inspired people share our vision and mission.
