We're looking for a skilled Change Manager to drive forward their change lifecycle process improvement.

The Role: You will support the modernisation and standardisation of the ITIL change management. Working with numerous stakeholders to gain a deep understanding of the current challenges, assessing the risks and then translating this into a meaningful plan.

The Skill Requirements:

  • Proven Change Management experience in an ITIL environment
  • Excellent background running CAB meetings (Standard Change/ Emergency Change)
  • Expertise delivering process improvement from assessment of needs
  • Good knowledge managing ITSM Tools (ServiceNow/ FreshDesk)
  • Stakeholder management at varying levels of seniority with the ability to present
