Location: Watford – this is a full-time office based position.

Our client is a global leader in providing procurement, supply chain and logistics services on a wide range of products within the Mining, Oil & Gas, Marine, and Renewable Energy sectors. Due to an exciting period of growth, they are continuing to expand their team and are seeking a Buyer. As a Buyer you will play a vital role in assisting clients by understanding their requirements, providing guidance, and ensuring optimal solutions. You will be responsible for preparing quotes and tender bids, negotiating with suppliers from both technical and commercial perspectives.

Over time, you will become a key point of contact for clients, addressing their technical and commercial inquiries regarding quotes and purchase orders. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a progressive career in procurement/sourcing to join a growing international business with excellent career prospects. Whilst previous procurement and buying experience would be preferable, they will consider transferable skills as full training support will be provided.
