About Lopay
Lopay is the UK's lowest cost, highest rated payments app, revolutionising payment solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The company offers a user-friendly payment processing app that enables businesses to accept card payments with significantly lower fees—less than half of those charged by competitors like SumUp and Zettle—and provides flexible payout options, including instant access to funds. Since its inception, Lopay has experienced rapid growth, serving over 50,000 UK businesses and processing more than £500 million in card payments. The platform's competitive pricing has saved merchants approximately £3 million in transaction fees over two years. In addition to its core payment processing features, Lopay incorporates a free, fully integrated Point of Sale (POS) system directly into the app. This integrated POS streamlines in-store payments seamlessly, offering businesses an all-in-one solution that simplifies operations, from managing sales and inventory to generating detailed reports. Further enhancing its value proposition, Lopay offers an expense and rewards card, enabling businesses to earn fee-free processing, and a cash advance service in partnership with YouLend addressing daily cash flow challenges for SMEs. Looking ahead, Lopay has already launched in the United States and plans to expand its services to other international markets, including Canada, Spain, Italy, France, and Portugal within the next 12 months. Lopay's mission is to empower small businesses by providing cost-effective, flexible, and efficient payment solutions, challenging traditional payment giants and reshaping the financial landscape for SMEs.
