Ridgeway & Co are partnering with a London-based Dry Lining Subcontractor in their search for a Senior Project Manager. This is a permanent position, paying 80k per annum.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the project from procurement through to delivery, ensuring it stays on schedule and within the programme.
- Attending and leading meetings with specialist subcontractors.
- Reporting progress to Senior Management.
- Regularly liaising with the Design & Commercial teams.
- Ensuring health and safety regulations are consistently followed.
- Handling other project packages as the work advances.
Requirements include:
- Experience of overseeing/managing Commercial projects valued at 150m+
- Minimum of 5 years' involvement in Commercial projects.
- Previous experience working at a Tier 1 Principal Contractor.
- Having progressed from an Engineering background.
- Strong communication skills.
- Desire to progress further within the business.
- Hands-on approach to project management.
- Excellent organisational and team management abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
