We are hiring for a Store Manager to join one of our exciting stores based in Watford (Atria Shopping Centre). There’s an established team in place, and you will be working directly with them to help create the best customer shopping experience possible. Footasylum is a business that believes in our front-end Retail staff. As Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing your designated store’s daily operations. You will develop strategies to improve customer service, drive store sales and profitability, adhere to company policies, and market programs in ways that will increase sales and enhance the customer experience.

About you: The successful candidate must have a passion for Fashion Retail and our company ethos. You will have ideally worked previously in Fashion Retail. Previous managerial experience in a fast-paced environment. Experience in managing, motivating, and training a team. Strong verbal and written skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Efficient and highly organized with a customer-focused attitude. In-depth knowledge of the industry.
