We are seeking an independent Senior IT Support Specialist to join our London office. You will be working within an Apple device environment, with Google Workplace. Your role will be to act as the go-to person in the London office (our headquarters) to support the organisation with anything related to IT Support.
Key Responsibilities- Manage our internal helpdesk service for software & hardware configuration, hardware purchases and repair, licences, SaaS access etc.
- Plan for the budgeting and purchase of hardware and licences, supplier management, control, and budget optimisation.
- Manage MDM for company workstations and mobile devices.
- Regularly audit software and licences.
- Configure and manage SaaS Management Automation Workflows.
- Manage security of end-user devices, antivirus setup.
- Onboard and offboard employees.
- Write IT support documentation for employees.
- You are an advanced user of Apple software and hardware.
- Experience with Google Workspace services, Atlassian software (Jira, Confluence), and Mobile Device Management.
- Independent, responsible, and able to make decisions quickly.
- Disciplined, attentive to detail, organised, with good planning skills and time management.
