As we continue to expand our operations, we’re seeking a motivated Logistics Lead to join our dynamic team. You will have the opportunity to play a crucial part in the day-to-day operations of a growing startup selling a physical product and managing a supply chain. You'll be leading the function and will collaborate closely with the Head of Operations, as well as the Commercial team.
Responsibilities:- Pack and ship our product.
- Manage inbound deliveries, repacking cases, and scheduling pick-ups.
- Develop our packing processes to ensure quicker turnaround times for customers.
- Manage our inventory stock using our enterprise planning software (ERP) to manage reorders.
- Be proactive and make an impact in our clinical operations team.
- Previous experience in fulfilment and/or supply chain management.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- Attention to detail in completing repetitive tasks.
- Self-starter willing to take ownership in various areas.
- Extremely organised to ensure smooth recruitment processes and up-to-date reporting systems.
