As a senior employment associate you will be advising on:
- Drafting, reviewing and advising on HR policies, employment contracts and director's service agreements
- Full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law
- High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employer or employees
- Acting for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves or termination arrangements
Profile
The successful senior employment associate will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor, or common jurisdiction qualified with UK experience, having worked at a City, US or regional firm focusing on employment law for at least 4+ years.
