As a senior employment associate you will be advising on:

  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on HR policies, employment contracts and director's service agreements
  • Full range of tribunal litigation covering all aspects of employment law
  • High Court proceedings relating to business protection for employer or employees
  • Acting for high net worth individuals to negotiate service agreements, team moves or termination arrangements

Profile

The successful senior employment associate will be an England & Wales qualified Solicitor, or common jurisdiction qualified with UK experience, having worked at a City, US or regional firm focusing on employment law for at least 4+ years.
