An opportunity has arisen to join our Software Engineering Team in Watford, UK | Hybrid.

We are looking for a Senior QA Engineer to help ensure the highest quality and performance standards across our entire suite of products and services.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Testing: Design and implement comprehensive test plans, cases, and scripts for all aspects of our end-to-end service, including website, shop, centralized management platform, and billing systems.
- Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing of the platform, including exploratory, regression, functional, and usability testing.
- Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify, report, and track issues using our issue tracking system. Work closely with the development team to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met across all product features.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tools, staying up to date with the latest trends in quality assurance and testing.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation for test plans, test scenarios & cases, results, processes, and guidelines to ensure consistency across testing activities.
- Release Readiness: Work alongside the release management team to ensure that software releases are thoroughly tested and meet quality standards before deployment.
