Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and market expansion
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential partnerships and collaborations
- Lead and participate in business development activities, such as networking events, industry conferences, and client meetings
- Demonstrate the ability to take ownership of varied in-house projects
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices

- An experienced Construction Manager
