In the last year alone, we delivered over 144 live events in more than 22 cities globally for clients such as World Rugby, Carlsberg, Formula One, The FA, and the Olympics.

We specialise in three distinct business pillars: Sport, Brands, and Entertainment. Our expertise includes:

  • Sport: Consulting on and delivering premium hospitality, guest management programmes, sponsorship activations, racing, fan zones, touring kits, and opening ceremonies.
  • Brands: Delivering B2B and B2C experiences including conferences, product launches, award ceremonies, exhibitions, and parties.
  • Entertainment: Producing spectacular live shows and touring music concerts.

The role:

We are seeking a passionate, sociable, fun, and organised individual to become a key member of a busy, close-knit team. The ideal candidate would be an established Mid-weight Designer or an experienced Junior Designer looking to take the next step in their career. They will work on a variety of global projects across our Group, from sporting events to brand activations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Full branding and logo design for events.
  • Produce clear and thorough brand guidelines.
  • Produce graphics treatments for events adhering to client brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with 3D Designers and Visualisers.
  • Lead on creative output for some projects.
  • Produce high-quality decks for projects and pitches.
  • Produce final design solutions for events.
  • Support junior members of the team.
  • Check and package printed/digital elements before passing them onto suppliers.
  • Pitch creative ideas to clients.
  • Brief Junior Designers and freelancers.

Essential skills/qualifications:

  • A degree in Graphic Design (2:2 or above) or equivalent experience.
  • An exemplary eye for detail.
  • Highly skilled in typography and typesetting.
  • Excellent multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • A secondary skill (such as image editing, sketching, photography, illustration, or artworking).
  • An interest in sporting/motorsports.
  • A good understanding of print process, web design, or digital design.
  • Confident in delegating tasks to Junior Designers.
  • Some video editing skills would be helpful.
  • Ideally proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office.

Experience:

Previous experience in a design job is essential, preferably within an experiential, events, or branding agency.
