Behaviour Mentor – Full Time – London, EN3 Hey there! Do you have a knack for guiding young people and helping them tackle challenges head-on? Are you passionate about supporting students to overcome barriers and achieve their full potential? If you’re nodding your head, you just might be the Behaviour Mentor we’re looking for to join our team in London, specifically the EN4 area! As a Behaviour Mentor, you’ll dive into the heart of educational support. You’ll work closely with students who need that extra bit of attention to stay on track. It’s not just about keeping an eye on them; it’s about understanding what makes them tick and using that knowledge to transform their school experience. What You’ll Be Doing: – Building trust and rapport with students who have behavioural, emotional, and social challenges – Collaborating with teachers, parents, and external agencies to create and implement individual support plans – Empowering students with strategies to manage their own

behaviours and make positive choices – Mentoring individuals or small groups to promote personal development and boost confidence – Monitoring and recording students’ progress, and celebrating their victories, no matter how big or small! Who You Are: – You’ve got experience. You know the ropes when it comes to behaviour mentoring, and you’ve got a track record of making a difference. – Empathy is your middle name. You know that every student is different and you’re skilled at adjusting your approach to meet their needs. – A team player. You’ll be working with other staff at the school, so being collaborative is key. – Resilient and adaptable. Let’s face it, no two days are the same in this role, and you need to be able to think on your feet. – Communication is your superpower. Clear, empathetic communication with both students and adults is essential. – You’ve either got a qualification in youth work, counselling, or a related field, or enough experience
