Due to the ever-increasing expansion of their business, my client is looking for a dedicated Welder/Fabricator who is willing to learn and grow with the business.
My client is renowned in the industry for its design and manufacture of innovative, high-quality, and robust products, as well as its outstanding customer service and care.

Key areas of responsibility:
· Tig and Mig welding with acute attention to detail (Stainless Steel/Aluminium)
· Fabricate/Polish parts to a high-end standard
· Work to drawings
· Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the workshop to ensure all staff continue to work in a safe and pleasant environment
· Depending on workloads, it may be necessary to carry out other duties over time by company policy
Role requirements:
· A flawless approach, demanding of high standards
· Experience Welding in various materials
· High attention to detail
· Manual dexterity
· Set & operate welding machine
· The use of power, compressed air and hand tools in a safe manner
· Good communication
· Pride in a job well done and the ability to work as part of a dynamic team
· Use of manual drilling ,Turning &polishing machines would be advantageous
· Experience with working to drawings
· Careful and diligent, even meticulous
· Ideal Candidate will be experienced in Welding (Tig & Mig)
· Polishing techniques use of polishing equipment/machines would be an advantage
· Have a common-sense approach
· Willing to work as part of a team and take instruction
· Efficient, effective, and organised
· Be a confident and good communicator, good-humoured and trustworthy
· Informal but professional while respecting traditional courtesy and good manners
· Self-motivated with an upbeat can-do attitude
