We’re seeking a talented Senior Quantity Surveyor for our client who are an outstanding consultancy, operating in their Residential team. If you’re experienced, client-focused, and eager to drive success in a supportive and ambitious environment, this is your opportunity to make a difference. What You’ll Be Doing Project Leadership : Take charge of a range of complex construction projects, guiding your team of Quantity Surveyors, Assistants, and Apprentices to success. Client Collaboration : Serve as the primary point of contact, nurturing client relationships and ensuring satisfaction. Key Account Management : Build and grow relationships with key clients while spotting opportunities for future work. Service Delivery : Manage the successful execution of QS and PM services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Employer’s Agent Role : Lead Design and Build projects, overseeing contracts and acting as the client’s trusted advisor. Mentorship & Development : Train and support your team, sharing expertise and delivering in-house CPD sessions to help others thrive. Networking & Growth : Actively seek new project opportunities and represent the organisation at networking and marketing events. Quality Management : Ensure every project follows our Quality Management System for consistent, exceptional results. What We’re Looking For Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Cost Management, or related field. Chartered RICS membership (ideal) Proficiency in measurement software (CostX experience is ideal). Proven ability to manage large, complex projects independently. Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. A strategic, detail-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellence. Full UK driving license and willingness to travel to project sites.
