We are seeking a Property Planner with a passion for residential and commercial development to join our dynamic team. You will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing planning applications, ensuring the success of projects from inception to approval. Key Responsibilities:- Planning Applications: Prepare and submit planning applications for residential and commercial developments, ensuring compliance with local and national planning policies.
- Feasibility Studies: Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate development potential and identify risks.
- Stakeholder Liaison: Work closely with local authorities, clients, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth progression of applications.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on planning laws and regulations, ensuring projects adhere to relevant guidelines.
- Documentation: Prepare, review, and manage planning-related documents, including design and access statements, site layouts, and supporting technical reports.
