What You'll Do
- Supporting Global People Experience leadership to drive strategic programs and objectives, including uplifting our EVP, embedding X Culture, and enabling data driven decision-making.
- Leading special projects outside the scope of ordinary business operations to support business and strategic objective, e.g. the launch of our EVP, ongoing evolution and development of our Xconnect platform.
- Establishing and conducting robust quantitative analyses and reporting to inform key business decisions (e.g. People Survey).
- Working alongside other members of the X People function and across our Chapters, e.g. DEI, Teaming.
- Preparing and delivering presentations and content that provide insights and influence key business decisions.
- Engaging stakeholders across X functions and BCG independently to ensure effective delivery of our People agenda.
- Managing and executing projects efficiently; providing hands-on support to multiple activities, often requiring strong consulting skills (slide writing, general modeling and data analysis, effective communication, etc.).
- Communicating with senior leaders and being a connection point for the community.

What You'll Bring
- Consulting experience preferred.
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role.
- Advanced analytics capabilities (Excel, Tableau etc).
- People strategy and communications planning expertise.
- Experience in PMO and project management implementing change within a matrixed and complex organization preferably professional services industry.
- Proven advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
- Bachelors' degree required, Master degree preferable.
