My client is seeking a Global Market Access & Strategic Pricing Manager to join the team for a 6 month maternity cover. The appointed contractor will play a key role in shaping pricing strategies, developing value messages, and supporting country-level submissions. This position requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while representing Global Value & Access in HEOR settings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine value messages to support market access and pricing strategies.
- Lead the development of pricing strategies to maximize product value across global markets.
- Provide strategic support to country teams on HTA submissions and reimbursement processes.
- Manage and execute multiple projects within market access, pricing, and HEOR functions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR, regulatory, commercial, and medical teams to align global strategies.
- Represent Global Value & Access in HEOR discussions, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience in global market access and strategic pricing within the pharmaceutical industry, or consultancy.
- Strong understanding of HTA processes, payer requirements, and reimbursement landscapes.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver within tight deadlines.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and geographies.
- Background in HEOR, health economics, or market access strategy is highly desirable.
