Description

• Provide financial guidance and advice to key stakeholders
• Contribute to strategic decision-making process
• Develop financial forecasts and budgets
• Analyse financial performance and propose improvements
• Coordinate with the accounting and finance department
• Manage financial risk and ensure compliance with financial regulations
• Collaborate with various teams to drive financial objectives
• Lead financial projects and initiatives

Profile

A successful Finance Business Partner should have:

• A degree in Accounting, Finance or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role
• Strong financial and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office
• Knowledge of financial regulations and standards
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
