Multi Trader Plasterer / Insulator

• Undertake a variety of installation tasks in occupied residential properties. Cavity Wall Insulation, Loft Insulation, Internal Wall, Room In Roof.

• Ensure property ventilation and moisture control.

• Address issues promptly and efficiently to ensure tenant satisfaction.

• Install insulation materials as required and qualified to undertake.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues, subcontractors and tenants to complete tasks within agreed timescales.

• Follow safety protocols and use protective equipment.

• Keeping your work area clean and tidy.

• Maintain accurate records of work undertaken.

• Proven experience as a multi trade operative, ideally within property maintenance.

• Good customer service skills and positive attitude.

• Must be certified in at least one main trade and have the ability to carry out secondary trades to a high standard.

• Physical stamina to preform tasks that require bending, lifting and climbing.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

• Full UK driving license.

• NVQ Level 2 Building Treatments desired.

• Asbestos Awareness desired.

• Valid CSCS Card desired.
