The primary purpose of this role is to support the execution of our engagement strategy across Digital & Technology to improve colleague experience, workplace culture, communication and operational effectiveness. Ultimately, help bring the magic of M&S to life in the D&T function to enable colleagues to do their best work in the service of our customers.

What you'll do:
As our Engagement Analyst for Digital and Technology, you’ll work with leaders and partners across M&S to drive measurable improvements in engagement across our 3,000 Digital & Technology (“D&T”) function. You will:
- Support the broader Change & Adoption team to drive an open, honest, positive, productive and inclusive workplace underpinning business success and improving colleague engagement.
- Define, develop and implement engagement initiatives across D&T that strengthens our culture, communications and colleague experience across D&T, including the physical working environment.
- Work closely with the M&S Group Communications team to deliver the communications and engagement strategy ensuring timely, relevant and impactful communications across D&T to ensure that the team is engaged, aware, informed and driven to action.
- Support and champion DEI (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion), ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance), Wellbeing and Community activities in D&T, aligning to & amplifying M&S wide plans.
- Support building an integrated M&S X Partner culture and engagement, partnering closely with our Partner Management team.
