Join the iconic Bvlgari Hotel London as a Human Resources
& Payroll Partner and become part of a team that embodies luxury, elegance,

In this key role, you will take a generalist approach to HR,
supporting the full employee lifecycle while playing a pivotal role in payroll
processing. You will ensure accurate and timely payroll operations, working
closely with the Fourth Hospitality system to manage and streamline payroll
activities. Additionally, you will have the exciting opportunity to support the
Learning & Development (L&D) strategy, helping to drive employee growth
and enhance performance across the hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
2. Provide expert guidance and support on HR matters, including employee relations, recruitment, and onboarding.
3. Support the implementation of the L&D strategy, identifying training needs and coordinating development initiatives.
4. Collaborate with department heads to address employee needs and drive engagement.
5. Respond to all payroll-related queries, ensuring seamless integration with Fourth Hospitality.
6. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.

What We’re Looking For:

1. Proven experience in payroll processing and human resources.
2. Hands-on experience with Fourth payroll software.
3. Experience in Learning & Development and a passion for employee growth.
4. Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
5. Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion.
6. A proactive and collaborative approach, with the ability to build strong relationships across all levels.
