Our client is seeking a Head of Marketing to join their team. The Head of Marketing will lead the central marketing function for the Group, overseeing marketing strategy, brand management, and shared resources. This role is pivotal in driving strategic alignment, ensuring brand consistency, and leveraging synergies across the group.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement the Group's overarching marketing strategy, aligning with corporate objectives and individual business needs.
- Act as the guardian of the Group's brand identity, ensuring consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing and collaboration between business units to leverage best practices and innovations.
- Oversee the execution of group-wide marketing initiatives, such as sustainability campaigns, large-scale product launches, or corporate rebranding efforts.
- Lead the development of shared resources, such as templates, guidelines, and digital tools, for use across the Group.
- Manage the group's digital presence, including corporate websites and social media platforms.
- Present regular performance reports to the executive team, highlighting successes, challenges, and recommendations.
- Manage the central marketing function and third party suppliers, including specialists in brand management, digital marketing, and analytics.
- Provide guidance and support to marketing functions across the group, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
