Handle have partnered up with a Global Entertainment business and we are looking for a UK Payroll Manager and EMEA Payroll Manager to join an International payroll team in Hammersmith on a hybrid working model.
We are looking for candidates who have worked for large multi-national businesses, working across a large payroll team with exposure to EMEA payroll, ideally in Media, Retail, or Entertainment sectors.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage EMEA Time and Payroll team
- Payroll processing, statutory reporting, and audit support across the business within EMEA countries
- Ensure Payroll SLA, controls, and compliance standards are met
- Oversee Stock Options/RSU and LTIC payments (Local and country transfers)
- Act as primary vendor contract
- Ensure regulatory compliance and knowledge of tax
- Manage payroll exposure to 12-14 countries
Key skills:
- Experience with EMEA Payroll SLA and MCPO Vendor exposure for Senior Payroll position
- Relevant payroll qualification
- Experience in Retail or Entertainment industry
- Familiarity with SAP and MCPO payroll models
