About the Role We are seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Content Manager to oversee our direct-to-learner marketing initiatives. Reporting to the B2C Marketing Director, you will collaborate closely with our Content Marketing Executive to engage prospective learners, nurture current learners, and build relationships with alumni. Your role will be key in driving learner acquisition, engagement, and retention across digital channels, supporting the success of our programmes. Responsibilities include: Email campaign management: Lead targeted email campaigns, craft compelling copy, optimise subject lines, content, and timing for maximum engagement and conversions. Content marketing: Develop strategies, craft case studies, email copy, and talk tracks for online events, leveraging learner stories to boost brand visibility. Social media management & community engagement: Manage and grow our presence on LinkedIn and Instagram, building an active community. Website optimisation: Keep the website updated with fresh content and user-friendly workflows that support enquiries and integrate with HubSpot CRM. Learner engagement & content creation: Use engagement opportunities like Business Summits and online events to share stories, enhance visibility, and attract learners. Campaign analysis & optimisation: Use tools like Google Analytics and Clarity to monitor and improve campaign performance based on data insights. Cross-functional collaboration: Work with marketing and account management teams to align strategies with organisational goals. About You You are a results-driven digital marketer passionate about email marketing, content creation, and learner engagement. You thrive in collaborative environments, understand digital marketing strategies, and are eager to experiment with new tools, including AI applications, to optimise campaigns and learner experiences. Essential Skills and Experience: Proven ability to create compelling content across digital channels for a B2C audience, including email, social media, and case studies, with data-driven optimisation skills. Experience managing digital marketing campaigns focused on acquisition, engagement, and retention. Expertise in email marketing, including segmentation, A/B testing, and automation. Strong knowledge of social media management and community growth on platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and X. Experience with website content management and CRM systems such as HubSpot. Analytical skills to measure and optimise marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics and Clarity. Ability to work independently and collaboratively, aligning marketing initiatives with business objectives. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to identifying engagement opportunities. Interest in AI and its application in digital marketing.
