Role Purpose
Working with the Cognia Advisory team you will support Cognia's growth strategy and aspiration to be a long-term trusted partner to clients. You will engage with internal and external stakeholders and clients to help deliver Cognia services. As part of a team that delivers consultancy services to in-house legal teams you will support delivery of Advisory projects that address transformation challenges, increase efficiency, and support adoption of operating models that maximise the value of the legal eco-system. You will provide support for business development activities and provide input into developing opportunities to cross-sell Cognia's services.
Role Responsibilities
- Support the development, delivery, implementation, and adoption of proposed solutions for internal and external teams.
- Support drafting and design of project documentation including reports, roadmaps and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and incorporate diagrams, graphs and appropriate visuals into relevant materials to communicate concepts, solutions and updates in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Support client engagements by using your analytical, problem solving skills, and creativity to solve internal and client challenges.
- Manage internal and external stakeholder expectations and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Gather, review, analyse and present quantitative and qualitative data.
- Support preparation for, and participate in workshops, meetings, and information gathering activities and capture relevant information accurately.
- Support process review, documentation, and analysis to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of legal processes.
- Document and validate stakeholder requirements.
- Support business case development.
- Contribute to business development by supporting preparation of client proposals and presentations and identifying opportunities for consulting-led business development.
- Align with Cognia best practice delivery processes and policies and work in a structured way.
- Support internal Knowledge capture and Knowledge Management.
- Demonstrate an interest in automation, AI, and GenAI, and developing knowledge of legal services and operations.
This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining 2 days.
Requirements
Essential
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2+ years of consulting experience gained at a consulting firm, including experience of working with client stakeholders.
- PowerPoint, Excel, and Word competency as an intermediate user.
- Experience of analysing and presenting data.
- Experience of adapting to changing client requirements and working within budget constraints.
- Experience of supporting internal and client teams to deliver a range of outcomes in line with requirements.
Beneficial
