Senior Software Engineer

Our client is a rapidly expanding technology company at the forefront of providing essential software solutions. They’re seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Mobile Developer to join their dynamic team and play a key role in the evolution of their innovative software platform.

As a Senior Mobile Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and enhancement of our mobile applications across both iOS and Android platforms. You will leverage your expertise in Kotlin for Android and work collaboratively with other developers, designers, and product managers to create high-performance, user-friendly mobile solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms, ensuring high performance and seamless user experience.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on Kotlin for Android development.
• Lead the development of new features, bug fixes, and app improvements across both platforms.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to define and implement new features.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior developers, helping to elevate the team’s skills and practices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest mobile development trends, tools, and technologies for both iOS and Android.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to app performance, crashes, and other user-experience challenges.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in coding standards, code reviews, and mobile development guidelines.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and mobile app deployment processes for iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play).
• Continuously improve app performance, security, and overall code quality.

Experience

• 5+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 3 years working with Kotlin, Android, and iOS development.
• Solid understanding of Android app architecture and development practices (MVC, MVVM, etc.).
• Expertise in working with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party libraries (Retrofit, OkHttp, etc.).
• Experience in writing unit tests, integration tests, and using CI/CD pipelines.
