Aetheria Group is seeking experienced and dedicated ENT Consultants to join our Frontline team. We are a leading provider of insourced clinical services, partnering with NHS Trusts and Health Boards across the UK to help reduce patient waiting times and improve healthcare access.

About the Role
As an ENT Consultant, you will play a crucial role in providing expert clinical care, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with Aetheria Group, we utilise existing NHS facilities to deliver services in a safe, regulated, and patient-focused environment, ensuring the highest standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Specialist ENT Care: Lead general ENT outpatient clinics (adults) and paediatric ENT services, as well as dizziness (vestibular) clinics.
- Patient-Centred Care: Conduct specialist assessments, consultations, treatment plans, and follow-up care to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Work closely with NHS teams, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Aetheria Group healthcare professionals to deliver outstanding insourced services.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to company Check Standards, Safeguarding Policies, and UK HR best practices, ensuring a safe and compliant working environment.
- Weekend Clinics: Availability to support our weekend outpatient clinics to help reduce backlogs and improve patient access.
